These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases from Prestige Sciences (“Prestige Sciences,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, placing an order, or checking the acknowledgement boxes at checkout, you (“Buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Research Use Only — Prohibition on Human Consumption

All products sold by Prestige Sciences are supplied strictly and exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and development purposes. Products are not for human consumption and not for veterinary use of any kind. Products are not food, drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. Products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition in humans or animals. Any statement on this website referencing published scientific literature is provided solely for educational reference and does not constitute a claim regarding any product.

Buyer expressly agrees that products purchased from Prestige Sciences will not be used: (a) in or on humans or animals for any purpose; (b) in any food, drug, supplement, cosmetic, or medical device; (c) for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose; or (d) for any purpose prohibited by applicable law or regulation.

2. Qualified Purchaser Acknowledgement

By ordering, Buyer represents and warrants that Buyer: (a) is at least 21 years of age; (b) is a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or is otherwise trained and experienced in the safe handling of research chemicals; (c) has identified a bona fide research field at checkout truthfully and accurately; (d) will handle, store, use, and dispose of all products in accordance with prudent laboratory practice and all applicable laws and regulations; and (e) is not purchasing on behalf of, or for resale to, any person or entity that would use the products in violation of these Terms.

3. Account Requirement

All orders require a registered customer account. Guest checkout is not offered. Buyer is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of account information and the confidentiality of account credentials, and for all activity occurring under Buyer’s account.

4. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prestige Sciences, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) Buyer’s purchase, handling, storage, use, misuse, or disposal of any product; (b) Buyer’s breach of these Terms or of any representation or warranty made at checkout; or (c) Buyer’s violation of any applicable law or regulation. This obligation survives completion of any sale.

5. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided for research purposes “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prestige Sciences’ total liability for any claim arising from a sale shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim, and Prestige Sciences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6. Shipping Policy — No PO Boxes

Orders ship to verified physical street addresses within the United States. Shipment to PO Box addresses is prohibited and orders listing a PO Box will be rejected at checkout or held until a physical address is provided. Tracking is provided on every order. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery; every order includes shipment protection against loss, damage, or theft in transit as described in Section 7.

7. Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

Damaged, lost, or stolen shipments. Every order is covered by shipment protection. If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it lost or stolen in transit, contact support@prestigesciences.io within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and, for damage claims, photographs of the product and packaging. We will replace the affected items at no cost or issue a full refund to the original payment method, at Buyer’s option.

Order errors. If we ship an incorrect item, we will send the correct item at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.

Quality concerns. Every batch ships with a third-party Certificate of Analysis. If you believe a product does not conform to its published specification, contact support with the lot number within 30 days of delivery. Verified non-conforming product will be refunded or replaced in full.

Returns. Because product integrity cannot be guaranteed once a vial leaves our cold chain, we do not accept returns of opened or temperature-compromised product for resale. Unopened product in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less actual shipping costs; contact support for an RMA before shipping anything back. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment.

8. Chargeback Policy

We are committed to resolving every issue directly and quickly — replacement or refund decisions on legitimate claims are typically made within one business day. Buyer agrees to contact Prestige Sciences support and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any billing or product issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support, or after a refund or replacement has already been issued, will be contested with full documentation, including checkout acknowledgements, delivery confirmation, and correspondence records. Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive disputes will be closed and future orders declined.

9. Compliance With Law; Export

Buyer is solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to Buyer’s purchase, possession, and use of products. Products may not be exported or re-exported in violation of applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the order may violate these Terms or any law.

10. Acknowledgement at Checkout

These Terms are presented and must be affirmatively acknowledged at the time of checkout. The checkout record — including the research-use acknowledgement, research field designation, Terms acceptance, and timestamp — is retained with each order and constitutes Buyer’s electronic signature and agreement to these Terms.

11. Changes; Contact
