Referral Partner Program Terms

Who can join

To take part in the Program you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract where you live. You confirm that any details you give us are accurate and that you have the authority to act on your own behalf when signing up.

Participation is a privilege, not a right. PrestigeSciences may decline an application or remove an existing partner at its discretion, and access can be withdrawn without prior notice if these terms are broken.

Your status as a partner

You participate as an independent referrer. Nothing in this Program makes you an employee, agent, contractor, joint venturer, or franchisee of PrestigeSciences.

• You have no authority to commit PrestigeSciences to anything, contractually or otherwise.
• You may not accept payments, sign documents, or make representations on our behalf.
• You may not register domain names, social accounts, or email addresses that a reasonable person could mistake for belonging to PrestigeSciences.

Using our brand assets

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to reference the PrestigeSciences name and use your personal referral link, solely to promote the Program as described here. This licence carries no right to sub-license.

Content you publish

You are fully responsible for anything you write, record, stream, or otherwise publish in connection with your referral activity. PrestigeSciences does not review, approve, or edit partner content before it goes live, and publishing it does not make us a co-publisher.

You agree not to:

• Describe PrestigeSciences products in a way that is unsafe, inaccurate, or misleading for the audience receiving it.
• Give dosing, administration, or usage instructions of any kind directed at humans or animals.
• Claim that any product treats, cures, mitigates, diagnoses, or prevents any illness, condition, symptom, or biological process.
• Advertise or exaggerate discounts, limited-time offers, or price comparisons that don't reflect reality.
• Publish false, deceptive, or unverifiable statements, testimonials, or reviews.
• Use PrestigeSciences trademarks or brand terms as paid search keywords, or in any domain name.
• Promote your link on channels that primarily exist to circulate discount codes or referral spam.

Disclosure requirements

Every place your referral link or code appears must carry a clear, conspicuous disclosure of the relationship — for example "referral link" or "I earn a commission if you buy through this link." Disclosures must sit next to the link itself, not be buried in a bio, footnote, or separate page.

You're responsible for knowing and following the advertising-disclosure rules that apply in your own country or region, in addition to this requirement.

Compliance & fair dealing

You will follow all laws that apply to your referral activity, including rules on unsolicited messaging, data protection, consumer protection, and advertising standards.

• No cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, incentivized clicking, or other traffic manipulation.
• No scraping our site, automating account creation, or using bot traffic to inflate results.
• No offering kickbacks, cashback, or side payments tied to using your link.
• No buying paid ads that target our own brand terms.

Commissions & payment

Commission rates and payout schedules are published on your partner dashboard and may change at PrestigeSciences' discretion. We can adjust, correct, delay, or withhold a payout where a referral appears fraudulent, disputed, refunded, or in breach of these terms.

You're responsible for your own tax reporting and any withholding that applies to you. Where required by law, PrestigeSciences may withhold amounts and remit them to the relevant authority, and will provide any tax forms needed to process your payments correctly.

Violations & enforcement

Most first-time, minor issues get a written warning with a chance to fix things. Serious or repeated violations — fraud, deceptive health claims, brand impersonation — can lead to immediate suspension without a warning.

Where we suspend rather than terminate, we'll tell you what needs to change and how long you have to fix it before the suspension becomes permanent.

Ending your participation

You can leave the Program at any time by deactivating your account. PrestigeSciences can also suspend, restrict, or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

• We can withhold, offset, or forfeit any commission tied to activity that broke these terms.
• We can require you to remove PrestigeSciences branding and stop referencing the Program.
• Ending the relationship doesn't cancel obligations that by their nature should continue — confidentiality and indemnification, for example.

Records & review

PrestigeSciences may review referral traffic, payout history, and related communications at any time to confirm compliance with these terms. We may ask you for supporting records and expect a response within a reasonable time.

Confidentiality

Anything non-public you learn through the Program — rates, dashboards, internal materials, roadmaps — is confidential. You'll keep it that way and won't use it for any purpose beyond participating in the Program. This obligation survives after you leave the Program.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold PrestigeSciences, its affiliates, and their people harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third party's rights.

Warranties & liability

The Program is provided "as is." PrestigeSciences disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

Arbitration & class action waiver

This section affects your legal rights — read it carefully.

Any dispute arising from these terms or the Program will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except where you may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

You and PrestigeSciences each waive the right to participate in a class action, a consolidated proceeding, or an action brought in a representative capacity.

You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing partners@prestigesciences.example from the address on file with your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your partner dashboard, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Changes to these terms

PrestigeSciences may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be flagged in your dashboard and may require fresh acceptance. Continuing to participate after an update takes effect counts as acceptance, whether or not you re-acknowledge it.

Notices

We may deliver notices to you by email, dashboard message, or posting on the Program page. Notices are treated as received 24 hours after sending or posting.

General provisions

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in effect.

Waiver

Failure to enforce a term isn't a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign your participation without our written consent; PrestigeSciences may assign these terms freely.

Force majeure

PrestigeSciences isn't liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with any linked policy, are the entire agreement between you and PrestigeSciences regarding the Program.
